You need... python 2.4 or later, preferably python 2.5 or later.

The simplest way is to check out the latest code from the subversion trunk. Since Harvest Man? is under active development, the trunk will have the most recent changes.

svn co http://harvestman-crawler.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/HarvestMan HarvestMan-2.0

You can also download package tarballs from this folder in the Harvest Man? web site. However, these are not uploaded frequently and they might be several days behind the trunk. The files are named in the form HarvestMan-2.0alpha<day><month><year>.tar.gz. Make sure you download the most recent file by looking at the filename.
